J&A provides Municipal Engineering services to numerous clients throughout the State of Michigan. Services include water system, sanitary system, and storm system Master Planning; water, sanitary, and storm utility design, plans and specifications, construction review and contract administration; flood plain modeling and mapping; water treatment and wastewater treatment projects; non-motorized vehicle pathways, sidewalks, trails, and bridge design; road design and specifications; project permit application preparation; grant application preparation; and surveying.
