Surveying Services

Johnson & Anderson utilizes state of the art surveying equipment to provide the client with a well valued quality product.  The survey staff utilizes the Michigan High Accuracy Reference Network (HARN) System where applicable, along with Leica 1200 series GPS receivers, to establish accurate control for multiple projects.  Fully robotic total stations are utilized for data collection when Real Time GPS is not feasible.  The data is downloaded into AutoCAD Land Desktop 2006 and the final product is reviewed by senior staff before release.

The crew chiefs at J&A average 25 years of experience each.  J&A fully understands that while technology is regularly updated an experienced individual cannot be easily replaced.  The office staff offers more than 70 combined years creating topographical drawings and boundary surveys.  J&A staff is also well versed in creating easement documents that can be submitted for recording by a representative of the owner or by J&A staff.   Johnson & Anderson employs a Land Surveyor licensed in the State of Michigan to manage and maintain all aspects of the surveying department.
